Since moving to NC and buying a new car I’ve been going to Prime Auto. They were highly recommended and they’ve been our trusted go to place since. I trust them fully because they are great at communicating and getting me in when I need. Do all my maintenance and recently changed my wheels and they provided me with options and helped me decide. Kinnary is a sweetheart and always makes us feel so welcomed. They are both so hardworking and care about what they do and HOW they do it. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

My husband and I have taken our car to Prime Auto Service for years and can’t thank them enough for their help. Kirk and Kinnary are hard working and honest people. We always recommend them to friends and family. Because Kirk is the only mechanic at this auto shop he does get booked quickly so plan accordingly!
After being a long-time customer, I must downgrade my review after realizing I was not being treated like a valued client. For many years I felt comfortable and well-taken care of with these folks.
