Never take your vehicle here we had the passenger side wheel bearing replaced at 309.20 for this wheel bearing and said it was replaced. We had gotten an estimate today and the mechanic that done it said we need the right wheel bearing replaced. Mind you Prime Auto said they replaced it. I called out there and the owner said they had. Then why is another mechanic saying it wasn't even touched. If you wanna waste money take it to Prime Auto. Having a newer car requires a full synthetic blend oil change. This is the cheapest in town, and they don't waste your time! You're in and out faster than you ever could imagine! Extremely friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I will take my Toyota and BMW here for every oil change in the future!
Ur lucky this thing won't let me use profanity because trust and believe if I could I'd have a lot more to say this place is a joke I bought my car from them a couple months ago and they promised me everything was fine with the car and now I gotta pay $2000 dollars to get my tranny fixed I'm letting everyone know this so the don't get ripped off just like I did
Friendly and professional. They don't try to sell or scare you into buying services you don't want or need. Fast service and they guarantee their work. Suzan, at the front desk, always takes care of my concerns and charges a fair and reasonable price.
ridiculous service... i went there recently and they wouldn't even look at my car... the owner said that there was "nothing they could do". he made a conclusion without even looking at the car itself! a girl on a front desk was RUDE every time i called. she would ask me to hold and would put my call on hold for 30 minutes and then would respond in very rude manner. i will never go back to this place
