Great experience buying a car from this dealership. The staff were professional and took the time to answer all my questions. They helped me choose the right vehicle and made the process very smooth and stress free.
Bought a brand new tire from them and it’s defective. I asked if they can just swap the tire for another one then I got a “no refunds call the manufacturer”. I didn’t buy it from the manufacturer.. I bought it from here … The service was fast so I’ll give em two stars just wish I could buy here knowing they have my back as a customer.
I had an awesome experience buying my Mustang from Shane at Prime Auto Dealers. He was super welcoming, friendly, and genuinely helped me through the whole process. I got there early, and we ran into some financing issues, but Shane worked hard to get me approved and helped me get the exact car I wanted—a 2017 Ford Mustang 5.0 GT manual. He even made sure everything was in perfect shape, checked the car thoroughly, and put in a brand new battery.
