Bought a brand new tire from them and it’s defective. I asked if they can just swap the tire for another one then I got a “no refunds call the manufacturer”. I didn’t buy it from the manufacturer.. I bought it from here … The service was fast so I’ll give em two stars just wish I could buy here knowing they have my back as a customer.
I had an awesome experience buying my Mustang from Shane at Prime Auto Dealers. He was super welcoming, friendly, and genuinely helped me through the whole process. I got there early, and we ran into some financing issues, but Shane worked hard to get me approved and helped me get the exact car I wanted—a 2017 Ford Mustang 5.0 GT manual. He even made sure everything was in perfect shape, checked the car thoroughly, and put in a brand new battery. ZERO STARS !! THIS IS A WARNING NOT TO BUY FROM THIS USED CAR LOT. IF YOU BUY FROM HERE PLEASE CONSIDER TAKING CAR TO A MECHANIC TO CHECK EVERYTHING. TONY MECANICO, IS SNEAKY AND DECEITFUL.
