Terrible experience! Made a appointment Friday afternoon to replace my windshield that was hit my a random baseball player while I ran into the 7/11. Made the appt with Prime. Thrilled they were able to replace the next day. Arrived for my appointment and told the new windshield.had a crack?! You didn't know this until I arrived?! I willNEVER

Came in for a rock chip repair and ended up getting tint as well because the prices are so good. Very friendly and quick service. I will come back.

I called ahead and scheduled an appointment for a rock chip repair. I show up for the appointment and they tell me they can’t work on it for another 3 hours. Very poor customer service. No phone call to let me know they were behind. They told me on the phone that the rock chip repair takes less than a hour. What good is an appointment with this company?? I am appalled that this company is in business. I scheduled an appointment to have a technician come to my home for a windshield replacement on my vehicle. Shortly after my scheduled time I received a text my appt had been cancelled. I called their shop to find out why they cancelled and they told that I had missed my appointment and very quickly reminded me of the non refundable deposit.
