Learned a lot. These guys are exhaust specialists but not mechanics. However, if your mechanic needs a hard-to-find exhaust piece that is not aftermarket or OEM, they will fabricate it. Any issue from "cat-to-back," they can diagnose and fix with fast turnaround. Great at diagnosis. Turned out I had two separate issues. The bigger problem (muffler) they fixed in an hour. For the smaller issue, leak under front heat shield, they instructed me on the options my mechanic might offer. Left satisfied. And smarter.

I was looking for a shop to install a catback exhaust that I already purchased and went to 6 shops before going to PRIME Performance. All the previous shops said that either they couldn't lift my car because it was too low or they wanted an outrageous amount to do a basic bolt on install, but PRIME gave me a very reasonable quote and had my car done withing 2 hours of dropping it off. I Went in to have a flex pipe replaced and had the most wonderful customer service Ever. They were fast efficient very kind, and the price was absolutely amazing. I absolutely recommend these guys. They even sent me a video of my flex pipe put on. It was incredible. I’ve never had this much great service from any place. I’ve went to in the past.

Went to install new exhaust tips, Brother was very helpful and informative about everything, we agreed on a decent price and the job was well done, The outcome amazing.
