If I could give negative stars...I definitely would!! I would like to elaborate on how disappointed I am with this Dealership and I am consulting with an attorney to see what my options are and reaching out to the Better Business Bureau and any other platform I can gain the attention of. <p>I wrote a review with glowing remarks some weeks ago but after fulfilling the agreement Prime Auto fails to fulfill their end. First, I was only supposed to provide Lien Release in order to received the $2,000 trade in difference for my car. Then, when I provided the Release, I was told they made a mistake, over valued my Cherokee. I bought a car there today and I must say I got one of the best experiences I've had in a while at a car dealership. I worked with Tony and I have a limited time off. I put in an inquiry about a car on Saturday and instead of waiting until Monday when they open he went above and beyond and worked with me on Sunday as much as he could at home. My husband and I came in to look at a SUV I purchase in cash. Tony greeted us and showed of the vehicle. We were able to test drive it comfortably without the hassle of a salesman breathing down our neck. We went home and sat on it for a few days before deciding to move forward with the cash purchase. This was the most helpful place we have ever gone to. Tony R***** is the man. He didn't give us any run around and put everything in terms we could understand. I bought a BMW Z4 3.0i there yesterday. Black exterior, red interior and six speed manual. I love it, my woman loves it.
