I call on yesterday at 2pm to get my car towed an it is now 7am the next morning an I still have not got my vehicle1st they put in wrong vehicle then wrong address and they make you feel as if is your fault
THIS IS A SCAM!!! Do not give these people your money!! I paid for a full motor and drivetrain warranty and the first time my truck broke down they refused to pay for it. Told me the part that broke on my motor wasn't covered under the motor warranty but I was free to cancel at any time. They took $900 of my money and could help me with a $200 part!!!
Horrible to work with! My car was totaled 2 months ago and they gave me the run around about "we sent the check to the wrong address, we don't know when we can fix it"..meanwhile they still haven't paid. RUN from these people. They only have 1 person with no supervisor that handles these claims......
