Went to see Luis due to some struggles with my hamstring. My thing is cycling and running; the overly tight hamstring was preventing me from going as hard as I wanted. Two days later and I can tell what Luis did is working. My hamstring is now engaging the way it should be thanks to Luis’ work. I've used Prime Athletic Recovery for several times to stimulate much needed deep tissue Recovery. Luis is definitely the best therapist I've found and I've seen many. I'm a super active ultramarathon runner, competive bodybuilder, I've run my body through the ribfer and he's kept me going. If you don't go see him you're missing out!!!!
