The kids have loved working out here with Coach Sam! They look forward to going every time and always feel great when they come out. Learning awesome habits and techniques!
Jackson plays baseball, soccer, football and basketball. With the training from Sam, he has shown improvement in all sports! She is a phenomenal motivator and teacher! She is athletic, beautiful and smart! Her calm and persistent personality pushes them to push themselves. The results are fabulous! The best part is he asks everyday, do I get to go to Sam today? AWESOME!!!!!We are so grateful to her! Thank you COACH SAM!
