Place sucks
The HOA @ the spanish walk in palm desert is the most feckless group of people as well as the spanishwalk board of directors. I am selling my property because of the way they do business and make decisions. Hope to be out of there soon. I had to give at least one star so I could post. Their not even that good. I wouldn't buy another property that this feckless company manages.
Unrealistic and poor quality rules. They allow only you to have guests over 20 days for the entire year. If you are looking for an HOA I would suggest another place. They find ways to collect extra $$$ on top of their monthly income at the cost of the resident.
