I got referred by my building manager of Prime Air Solution to see my aircon which is not cooling. Technician came in and had a quick look, less than 10min. I've got invoice for 2 hours ($330) on the next day. Feel like I've been ripped off. Will report to the OFT and ACCC if no resolution is met.
Shout out to the team at prime air solutions. Called this morning and Ash was onsite within a few hours. He fixed our air-conditioning unit (which wasn't working), serviced the system and spent the time explaining the tech (myair system) to me. Very happy customers
