My dryer wasn't getting any heat to dry the clothes. Adam quickly took my LG dryer apart found the thermal fuse and restarted it cleaned out all the lint that had tripped the fuse and shortened the air flow duct that was too long. Adam was very professional and did an excellent job. I highly recommend Prime Appliance Repair and I will definitely use them for future appliance repairs.
Quick and professional service
I have issue with continuous FAN on even we tried power off AC and thermostat. I called him and he showed up within 1 hour. He is so nice and professional . He diagnosis the problem and explain me very clearly and rule out all possible fault one by one and verify that all parts are working fine. He find out that only the downstair thermostat is bad and malfunction. He just gave his own thermostat for $30 and replace it with only reasonable replacement charge. Great and extremely respectful! Paul came out to diagnose our fridge problem and was very efficient and honest. Compared to other service technicians in the area, Prime Air is the most reasonable!
