Lema and Serge were extraordinary in their diligence to install AC in my condo. They took the time to make sure everything was set up correctly and even came back to fix one of the new grills that wasn’t the correct size. They were very polite and professional. Adam was also incredibly nice and helped out during the install. He explained the install design process and came in to assist the men. Our condenser stopped working suddenly during a heat wave and we were desperate for help in the late afternoon. They ended up finding a timeslot and changing the capacitor only took about 10 mins. Saved the day!!!

We had an issue with our AC, and another company told us it was likely our circuit and motor, which was estimated to be thousands of dollars. Needless to say, we needed a second opinion. We reached out to Prime Air Solutions and the rep on phone was nice and reassured me there would be no service fees (as we saw some hidden fees from a few other companies just for paying you a visit).
