Be careful doing business with Prime Air. Our contract called for a heat pump unit and they did not install one, only a/c and heat strips. Beware.

They installed a new HVAC system at my business. Left a huge whole in the wall, which they never patched. You will see mutiple other reviews saying this same thing. In addition to this, we had problems with the system day 1. After months of them promising to come and fix it and constant no shows, we ended up hiring another company to fix it. The other company upon arrival said, "let me guess, Prime Air?. They leave a trail of destruction I am constantly having to clean up"

I can't say how disappointed I am for Curtis to not even acknowledge what he has done to my house. Yes, he was prompt at showing up and fixing my HVAC but he left me with a big mess when he didn't put the drain hose back over the pan but outside of it. His worker did come and put the pipe back over the pan. The damage to my ceiling is not. After numerous calls, voicemails, and text he will it even acknowledge the issue. The worse by a long shot experience I’ve ever had with any contractor. Doesn’t do the work they say they did, said they installed a new system and did not, doesn’t follow up with any status update on work even after not completing the work in over 2 weeks. I believe good reviews on here are paid actors or maybe friends or family. Read the yelp reviews that’s who they are. We are coming after our money because they didn’t do the contracted work and what they did do was incorrect, incompetent and incomplete. I wish I could rat... read more
