Heads up on the "Flat water" scam.. Waitress asks us if we want sparkling water or just regular flat water...We said regular water was fine...When she brings the bill, she charged $10 for the "flat" water. We reminded her we never asked for anything other than tap water. But she refused to take it off the bill..We ordered our steaks medium & they came out very rare...We sat there as they were warm on the plate waiting for the waitress to come over ..we waited so long the food got cold....You expect more when you're spending ... read more
I’m a steak guy who regularly goes to Delmonico’s and Gallagher’s Steakhouse in NYC, so I know what a great steak should be. I have to say, now that I’ve found Prime, I don’t need to make the drive to the city anymore! Prime was absolutely amazing. My steak was cooked perfectly and honestly exceeded my expectations. My wife loved her meal just as much. Great food, great experience, and definitely our new go-to for an incredible steak. Highly recommend!
Today my lady and I celebrated our 1 year anniversary together and decided on Prime 36. Arrived about 10 minutes before our reservation time and was still greeted warmly and immediately seated even while being busy. The service, exceptional while our server John was extra attentive and kind the whole wait staff was kind and attentive and willing to be of service at any time. Food, outstanding the tomahawk steak absolutely delicious and we decided on asparagus and Mac and cheese both of which were very tasty.

Prime 36 is absolutely amazing. The food was delicious. The staff was attentive and fun. Owner was great. Highly recommend dinner and drinks. Raspberry mojito was phenomenal.
