Prime 1 is an exceptional company. We would not be surprised if they were the best in the area. From the diligence they put in scoping out the project to the detail in the finished work, we have been very pleased. We had Prime 1 build a two-story addition to an older house in the city. The project involved knocking walls down, building the new structure from the foundation up, and ultimately matching the details to the old house. Prime1 were so incredibly nice to work with. They were extremely knowledgeable and were able to explain things that even I understood. They are very talented and know their craft well. They had wonderful ideas and insight. A true pleasure to work with.
My wife and I hired Prime1 for a complicated commerical/residential project involving the adaptive reuse of parts of an old building that dates from 1890 plus plenty of new construction.
