We've had ****** windows installed in our home since the 80's. Because of the cost we installed them in two phases but we love the windows. They have helped on our heating and cooling bills substantially. Three of our windows had some issues and we replaced them a couple of months ago with the Compozit System windows. The installer was fantastic. He took his time, cleaned up after himself inside and outside. Our only problem is we don't understand the warranty on these windows. Beware of false warranty! Compozit Home Systems, LLC, also known as Primax Compozit Home Systems, LLC, will not honor a warranty. Windows were bought in 2010 from THV Compozit Window Systems and installed by Primax Window Co. 9 years later when cleaning one of the windows, the lower pivot pin busted out of the window sash as it was tilted in for cleaning. Upon calling the company I was told they would not honor the warranty because THV Compozit Window Systems had gone into bankruptcy and they had just bought assets but are n... read more
