Amazing people!
New patient. Followed own doc to new practice. I hope it's just growing pains but so far the check in staff, the take messages staff, & the pharmacy staff have proved really disappointing on various issues. No one cares it seems. Zero communication within the ranks.
This was my first visit to the Flemingsburg facility. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful! I called that morning and had an appointment two hours later. I was made to feel right at home . Dr Applegate was wonderful. She took all the time that I needed to answer all my questions and treat all my concerns. I would give them my highest recommendation!
