Shelly is compassionate, caring, and so thorough and what she’s doing. One of the rare times the medical professional feels on your level and includes you in your care. Love Shelly!
I would give 0 stars if possible. I have a lot of friends and family that hate this place and say it's horrible and today I seen why. Its the worst doctors office I've ever been to. They belittled me and treated me like I was dumb and wouldn't listen to anything I said. My nurse and doctor here were both like this. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. They literally wouldn't even look at me and I left crying. I never cry and I never complain but this place pushed me to do both. It is horrible.
Dr Bailey is an exceptional physician. She takes her time, compassionate, and is patient. Love the Flemingsburg and Morehead offices!
