What amazing people at Primary Plus pediatrics! We had an amazing first appointment with Dr. Brown and her nurse. They were kind, caring, and listened to my concerns. Every single interaction felt warm and welcoming- from the front desk to check out.
The staff are all very kind.
Me and my wife both love this place. Definitely feel like they really care and try to help you the best they can.
Office staff are beyond delusional! Wouldn’t let me make an appointment for claiming I missed too many appointments which I never missed, always canceled if I couldn’t make it! The appointments I canceled were in December when we had horrible weather and couldn’t make it! Non the less I always rescheduled. Have even been seen in office since these “claims” and no one ever mentioned it but suddenly am unable to schedule appointments. Crazy work!!!
