Jill at the front desk of vision has an attitude problem. They don’t have urgency and don’t care about patients. Do not recommend!
I’ve been patient at the practice for 5 years. I’ve had 6-7 doctors in that time due to the doctor leaving the practice. Whenever the doctor leaves the practice you are not notified. For example, my latest doctor apparently left the practice back in July. I received the mailed letter in the mail today. Be prepared that in the event a doctor leaves the practice and before they will refill your prescription you will be assigned to another random doctor. I called to schedule an appointment and the lady the answered was extremely rude. I asked questions and she would repeat herself and then said have a good day to cut me off and hang up. Very disappointed will have to look for a new place for my eye exam. Crazy thing is I had been going here for over 8 years, it's a shame.
