Today, my children and I had an early morning optometry appointment at PrimaryOne Health. I am writing to formally express my concern regarding the way we were treated by the front desk staff member. Very Disappointing Eyeglass Experience I had my eye exam at this office and received my prescription. I then went to their eyeglass department, where the staff member measured me for my glasses. A few days later, when I returned to pick them up, I was given glasses that were far too large and did not fit my face at all. I explained that they were not fitting properly, but instead of correcting the problem properly, the employee kept bending the glasses over and over to try to make them fit. I went here for my vision needs. It was easy enough to find in front, but it's kinda in another building (Columbus something something) on the second floor, and I couldn't tell if I was going to the correct building from the back, but there's only one obvious place to go, so you'll figure it out.
