The audacity people have to say such horrible things about a free or subsidized service. The entitlement is real. I’m not saying people deserve Bad experiences As in being treated poorly. But people are complaining about other things and it just cracks me up. We should be grateful That we have such a service available to us. Go find somewhere else. I bet you’ll be regretting all the crap that you’ve spewed. Although some people just will never be happy with anything even if it’s handed to them for free.
Dr. Graves has been my eye doctor for many years. I know that the staff can be an issue. I've seen some of the behaviors explained rudeness over the phone never in person. The Doctors are very attentive and caring. May I suggest if you have issues with the staff at the desk you should tell someone in authority. Don't just write a bad review like it's the whole staff.
