I went here for my vision needs. It was easy enough to find in front, but it's kinda in another building (Columbus something something) on the second floor, and I couldn't tell if I was going to the correct building from the back, but there's only one obvious place to go, so you'll figure it out. Called to schedule a new patient appointment for my father, arrived at 8am for scheduled appointment and they said it wasn't till 2:30pm after staying it was incorrect they were rude then said we'd have to wait till they had an opening...we waited over 2 hours they were rude and unprofessional once called they only called his first name adding to the confusion since there was 2 other men with the same name and after the 3 hour visit to be treated very rude by the last staff member helping with picking out glasses... Review for Jacob Hausch, PA-C I cannot recommend Jacob Hausch highly enough!
