This location is unreal. My first time was for OBGYN last year, where I sat checked in for 45 min while 3 people checked in after me went back… when I asked, they said they must’ve missed me and the nurse who came to get me then started shit talking me to other employees for wondering what was going on. Dr just cold turkey stopped prescribing my MH meds cause the cancelled my appointment then did not reschedule I could of harmed someone several times this week I have been on it for decades and my Dr cut me off Already So flippin slow I hate slow Drs offices Mt Carmel at least seen me right away They have cleared the lobby twice and I’m still sitting here .
