My doctor is great, but I have been hung up on by Jadi at the call center over the weekend and call center supervisor said im not allowed to make a complaint unless I identify myself with her. I have been in and out the hospital and wad told to make a follow up for today, but impossible to reach the office. Makes it hard to access medical care, but going through a lot health wise, so I guess I will have to stop at the office to schedule.
Their so wonderful and helpful nurses staff everyone shows best communication and real help thanks their so kind caring help out primary care doctors to you can trust them with your safety health or problems their always great for community’s familys their best I’ve found enjoy going there I hope they have calm heart stay relaxed and calm keep doing great job staffs so kind caring good values they have great atmosphere ambiance casual services are excellent their great for community

Phone Call - I had called looking to schedule my first Dr. appointment in a few years (just got insurance of my own for the first time), I called inquiring about new patient appointments and while the woman on the phone was knowledgeable about availability, she ended the call before I had finished asking the questions I had without even saying goodbye, regardless the answers are right here online so I’m not 100% in the dark BUT I think it would have been nice to have the opportunity to ask the things I needed to.
