The Chicago office is very incompetent. They never have all the information and tell you one thing over the phone and its different in office

Very bad service and very unprofessional! Nobody knows anything and are always switching up stories and you end up not knowing what’s true and what isn’t. Back in January i had gone and two African american girls if I’m not mistaken, went to apply and i was there because my husband was going to apply. They told the two girls that they weren’t accepting anymore applications at that time and when it was our turn i asked what time could we come back for him to apply and they said “we are still taking applications” i said ok can... read more
