Skart is an awesome lender. He makes himself available at all hours of the day for my clients or if I just have a question. He has spoken with my clients and gotton me pre approval letters at nine pm when I needed to get an offer in immediately, which I love because I work around the clock and I expect the people I work with to be available when I need them. He is very team and goal oriented and wants everyone to be successful. I would highly recommend Skart to any of my clients looking to purchase.

Look for another mortgage company .My experience with the office in Fayetteville was a waste of time and money. After qualifying with excellent credit and Two months after we paid $400.00 for an appraisal and just 3 days before closing the loan, we were told we would have to pay an additional $400.00 for another appraisal and up to$500.00 to extend the rate that we had locked in .
