Wasn't a big fan of the way certain things were handled. Would really listen to us and our ideas until later on when he decided they were good ideas after all. Once things got rolling it all went well but it was a rocky start.
There rates are AMAZING ... can't be beat. However, I had nothing but problems with them. I sent the same paperwork two sometimes three times before our loan was finally processed. And when we finally did get into our house and made our first payment, we were informed the day before it was due that the loan had been transferred to another company and that I needed to mail my payment there.
