Help me and my family to get our first house
Kenneth O'Brien III was the loan officer for my clients. In short he was horrible...unprofessional and if I were you I would stay away from using him. Sure he does a lot of loans, but his bedside manners are atrocious. I have been in real estate 22 years. Ken NEVER returned any of my phone calls...he did not respond to my buyers (his clients) when they called and had questions. He almost messed up the loan by not reading the proper settlement by a month.
We refinanced through Primary Residential Mortgage at the peak of a Global Pandemic. Ken Cesaro did all he could to get us a great rate. Ken guided us through the process with ease. We recently closed and are extremely satisfied. My wife and I recommend Primary Residential to everyone.
The entire process was as efficient as anyone could have hoped. John was great and owned the process right till the very end which was great.
