Just renewed our lease at our town home. We had storm damage back in june and they have been really great about fixing the damages. They are quick to respond if we have issues. We have really enjoyed living here and happy to continue our time here. And we were extremely happy to see they didn’t up our rent a crazy amount, unlike our last apartment building did.
We recently transferred from an apartment at Union Square Apartments into a townhome, and honestly, it’s been such a great experience. Working with Primary Property Management throughout the whole process was easy and stress-free. The maintenance team is always on top of things, the properties are well taken care of, and the landscaping is honestly some of the best we’ve seen. We moved in a few weeks ago and everything has been so wonderful! We worked with Delaney and highly recommend working with her and PPM! We had some problems on our end that made it difficult for us to move in, but Delaney was enthusiastic and kind and patient as she helped us navigate through our obstacles. This is one of the worst property management companies ever they don’t fix things they try to make it like you’re the reason these these things are going wrong when it’s just due to old age there was a plumbing issue that was wrong with the entire home and they kept trying to blame it on Hair when every drain was clogging and backing up when you move out, they keep your deposit and then try to force you to pay for their make ready worst company ever
These are the worst people. When you call the will not correct the problems with the home but when you move they will try to make you pay for them and anything else they can tack on after keeping your deposit. Please don't rent from here unless you want to be over charged when you move out. They will charge you for every little thing and then try to ruin your credit.
