Dr. Steven Brown was my pediatrician and my 6 brothers and sisters and is now my son's. Best doctor I've ever known. Sometimes the waits are long but well worth it. He takes his time, never rushes and makes sure every visit is thorough. More of a family visit than a doctors appointment. Couldn't ask for more!
I LOVE my doctor here BUT there have been times where I called the office to get a nurse's opinion or to ask a question and the nurses NEVERRRRR answer the phone! I have never gotten a call back neither... And this happened on 3-4 occasions.
We love our physician, but I've seen a steady decline in all other areas over the last 13 years. Very frustrating. I would consider finding another practice. My hesitations are change is hard, the boys love their MD and the location is convenient.
Love the staff and physicians. I followed the doctor that cared for my son after giving birth and I have absolutely NO regrets!!
