This was our first time at this clinic, and we had an excellent experience. The staff is very kind, the service is efficient with minimal wait time, and the doctor was extremely attentive and caring. Natalie was the provider who treated my daughter tonight at the after hours clinic, and she was absolutely wonderful. She was very pleasant, thorough, and took the time to address every concern we had without making us feel rushed. Even though they were closing in 30 minutes, she still gave us her full attention and never made us feel hurried. When I tell y’all this place is a blessing!! So attentive, so accepting and determined to figure out what’s going on with your little one. They were so patient with me, I am from another state and my insurance was not accepted. They walked me through any charge, every possible charge and let me know all I needed to know before paying. Everyone we interacted with was so kind, polite and efficient. We went on a Sunday afternoon and literally were the only ones in the waiting room. In and out in less than an hour. Nurse practitioner was knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend! Gives me peace of mind to know there's somewhere I can go after hours!
