I arrived for my first appointment with Dr. William Peña and quickly learned that my scheduled appointment time was apparently more of a suggestion than an actual time. I received a message from this office the day before that my insurance was in a grace period because it wasn’t paid last month. The insurance company was on autopay but things happen. They wanted to cancel my appointment but I’m only in town for two days so that wasn’t an option.
