The staff at the front desk are super rude, everytime I have come in, the wait time is 3+ hours, it’s happened twice were I waited an hour and they told me the doctor already went home for the day, if I could rate this place a zero I would.
Just realized that I make a big mistake by coming to this place. They trying to take lots of patient without have the appropriate time for each patient.
For starters one of the receptionist don't even acknowledge you , don't look you in the eye right away he'll tell we'll call you in a minute.. Needs etiquette training
Appointment was at 9:40. After an hour of waiting, they moved me to another waiting room for about an additional hour. Dr Brooker was great but 2 hours after my appointment time for physical is excessive.
