What's the point of an appointment if they have you waiting in the lobby for 2 hours. They are fast to collect that deductible though
The staff is pretty nice and Dr. Zayas is awesome however the time you spend in the waiting room is ridiculous! You are given an appointment only to wait an hour and a half!
I went in for a physical with Dr. Brooker on 6/25. It was my first time at this clinic and I can say it was a smooth process. I was scheduled at 9:30 and after Dr. Brooker saw me I had my blood drawn. I was out of there by 10:30. Staff was friendly and answered my questions.
