The staff is pretty nice and Dr. Zayas is awesome however the time you spend in the waiting room is ridiculous! You are given an appointment only to wait an hour and a half!
I went in for a physical with Dr. Brooker on 6/25. It was my first time at this clinic and I can say it was a smooth process. I was scheduled at 9:30 and after Dr. Brooker saw me I had my blood drawn. I was out of there by 10:30. Staff was friendly and answered my questions.

Got here at 8:40 am. Sat here for THREE hours for a signature and date of signature. Currently 11:20 and still haven’t gotten a simple sign and date for a form I PROVIDED. When I got up to check just now, we were told that the form hasn’t even been given to the doctor… I’ve been sitting in front of the front desk ladies FOR THREE HOURS, so how they forgot about me? I don’t know. Had previous bad experiences as well, such as wrong diagnosis’ and this last appointment they didn’t even provide me a bandaid so I bled everywhere ... read more
