Creo que deberían considerar capacitar o reemplazar al personal de recepción debido al deficiente servicio que ofrecen. Esta mañana llamé varias veces para preguntar sobre los horarios de consultas Walk-In, y nadie contestó. Finalmente, después de más de 10 intentos, atendieron pasadas el mediodía para informarme que los viernes solo se aceptan consultas Walk-In hasta el mediodía. Staff in the front are very unprofessional and rude I will never come back or refer any of my friends or family to this place
The wait times are absolutely insane. I had an appointment, arrived 10 min early. Waited in the lobby for over an hour, they put me in a room and still waited another hour and still not being seeing or got an update or anything. Constantly have to be asking when are you being seeing, if you planning on coming here expect to waste your whole day just waiting.
The staff at the front desk are super rude, everytime I have come in, the wait time is 3+ hours, it’s happened twice were I waited an hour and they told me the doctor already went home for the day, if I could rate this place a zero I would.
Just realized that I make a big mistake by coming to this place. They trying to take lots of patient without have the appropriate time for each patient.
