If I could give this facility a ZERO, I would. I have had several problems with them throughout the years. I can deal with the long wait times which they definitely have. I’ve even gotten past the fact that they rarely answer their phones. It literally depends on whether the call center is actually working. But today was the last straw. They rescheduled my appointment for following week for 3 pm got there at 2 30pm at 4 30 I asked receptionist how long it was going to be called us to back room at 4 37pm never saw dr walked out at 5 55pm no one was in office except other patients. In parking lot saw a man who had been waiting since 1 30 pm. That is ridiculous

Horrible wait time 3 plus hours still didnt see doctor. The office closed . We had to leave without having my sister see doctor

So unprofessional all staff from front they rude they don’t care they never answer phone prescription are never on time Same with Dr Becerra so unprofessional doesn’t care for patients it’s just an awful clinic that they don’t care for patients

Can’t believe how unprofessional this place is, they do not answer the phone unless they’re making appointments. They messed up my prescription and I’ve been trying to call for 5 days finally the receptionist tells me she can’t tell the doctor anything I have to physically drive down there (I’m not in town) to fix this.
