I had a frustrating experience today with this medical center regarding an iron infusion appointment. We scheduled the infusion in advance to ensure it was completed before our overseas trip. However, when I called to confirm the timing, I was informed that they couldn't provide the necessary amenities because they had run out of bags!! Do not go to DR Kheang Heang he shouldn’t be a GP. Does not have the required skill set or the manners nor the etiquette nor the conviction of a general practitioner. What a waste of money and time I will not recommend anyone to visit this old school retired good for nothing Doctor.

This medical centre is dodgy. DO NOT USE THEM! I booked in to speak with a doctor using Telehealth. 40 mins past the appointment/call time no one called. When I called them to enquire when a doctor would call me after waiting to 45mins to speak to someone, the reception told me that the doctor called in sick in the morning. I asked them why no had called to inform me of this and ask me what I wanted to do. Dr Nalliah Sasikesavan, cancelles appointments cause he always has an emergency he needs to attend, even 15 minutes before the appointment while your driving there. Horrible.
