Update: they now use an AI answering service where you cannot contact anyone and are placed on hold for over an hour. I’m in search of a new provider. My doctor seemed really friendly and motivated. Everyone else I have encountered has been rude and unhelpful- from the check in counter, to the scheduler, to the lab tech. The portal is practically unusable. No way to message the doctor at all and messaging only works on a computer- no phone browser or in app messaging.
This is bad "health care". I go to the emergency room to get referrals. These "doctors" are too scared to treat people or diagnose. I was on the wrong dose thyroid meds for years because they were too scared to change it.
Terrible I would not be taking any of my family members to this location the wait time is horrible and they are very very unprofessional
Zero sum. They get rich, you stay sick
Great doctors. Terrible, uneducated management! They are all about $ and lack patient care! The employees are treated like cattle.
