My doctor seemed really friendly and motivated. Everyone else I have encountered has been rude and unhelpful- from the check in counter, to the scheduler, to the lab tech. The portal is practically unusable. No way to message the doctor at all and messaging only works on a computer- no phone browser or in app messaging.
I love the staff here they are so friendly but appointments take so long it’s almost worth finding a different doctor that takes my daughter’s insurance. 2.5 hours for a wellness checkup appointment is crazy.
Dr. Forray is amazing, my only gripe is it is insanely hard to get ahold of anyone sometimes to schedule an appointment, I also use PHS's dentistry services and they too seem to be pretty darn good, if they would just work on not letting their phones ring for 30mins to an hour each time I needed to speak to someone about making an appointment I wouldn't have any gripes, still gets 5 stars though, just due to good over all staff demeanor and again great doctors
Best dentist I have been to. I have struggled to find a dentist with availability not over 6 months out. They are kind, courteous, accept medicaid and have sliding scale fee! Dr.Han and Avery are amazing at what they do! Would highly recommend!
