Fairfield office is the best! Dr. Shields is the best Dr. I’ve ever had. My whole family comes here. Dr. Shields always listens to everything we say and need and too me that is great service. Her and her staff including the receptionist super friendly and also call me when appointments are available.Dental and vision is also great service too. Thank you
Too many bad reviews I rather not do service with them, sheeshh you would believe a dental place is this awful
I cannot get a simple cleaning appointment for a months. So many excuses, the online scheduling doesn't even work, never call back when requested.
I feel if your not Hispanic they don't care. I keep getting the run around about a simple teeth cleaning. I make appointments they don't put them in the system. They keep making excuses that don't make any sense. This is the WORST I've ever been treated. I keep missing work for FAKE APPOINTMENTS. I SEE BY THE OTHER COMMENTS THIS HAPPENS ALOT. SO I SEE IM NOT THE ONLY ONE. THIS IS SO SAD (FOR DENTAL)
