Great Doctors Office!! Amazing doctors
Great Staff. Under new management! More caring and friendly.
I went in to Primary Health Services as a walk in looking for a new doctor. While there i saw Jennifer, she was very caring and helpful as was all the staff I met. i have horrible anxiety, however I felt very comfortable because of the positive atmosphere. Jennifer immediately sent referrals and ordered tests that I needed and was very thorough and understanding. I only had to wait a few minutes even as a walk in. I highly recommend this cozy and family friendly doctors office if you are looking for a physician.
They keep telling me that the billing department is in another state, yet the bills have their office phone number on it. They submitted a bill incorrectly to my insurance back in June and they still haven’t fixed it. When I call the office they are either very rude or they hang up on me. Apparently they have new owners and they either fired everyone that worked there or they quit. The new staff is completely unprofessional.
