Good service in the past, but 2 stars because I recently rescheduled an appointment with them, took off work, fasted all morning, and then when I arrived, they said I didnt have an appointment. They said it was weird because their system stated that I had reschduled my appointment, but it didnt have a date. I wasn't able to book another appointment for 3 months. I will look for another primary care provider with better scheduling services during the wait.
Y'all are amazingly helpful and sorely needed. Dr. Phail in particular is phenomenal. I'd be a goner if it wasn't for his care. Thank you, sir. To anyone nervous about seeing a medical professional: it's okay to be nervous. Just always be honest when you're in the exam room, to them and yourself. It may feel unpleasant to be up front about issues, but they can only work with what they know. Dr. Phail has never made me feel judged or like I'm a failure, for which I'm immensely grateful.
