I sat in the lobby for over an hour and half. People who booked online continued to get called back. Upon checking the online scheduler I learned that they were still taking appointments are soon as 15 minutes away. How are appointments available within 15 minutes when I’ve been waiting for such a long time? You need to rethink this. I won’t be back.
Very friendly staff.
Everyone was friendly and professional, efficient with time, and very respectful toward me and very understanding. I really appreciate those aspects in people. I know it wasn't very busy and that could have had some bearing on the situation, but my sense of it was that it was genuinely good behavior and I'm happy that I chose this as the place to go for my medical needs at the time.
Thank you for the excellent care, from the front office to the back office. I will recommend your urgent care to my family and friends.
