If you talk to the nurse or doctor about anything other than your wellness exam they will charge you for a separate visit. My husband was charged $255.00 because a nurse asked him how he was sleeping, and he answered. The office administrator told me it was the patient's fault for talking about any other topics outside the wellness and we signed a waiver. You know the waiver no one reads. So be aware you can't talk to your doctor.
