I am writing to formally express my concerns regarding the recent care and communication that my 82-year-old mother and I received at this clinic. If you talk to the nurse or doctor about anything other than your wellness exam they will charge you for a separate visit. My husband was charged $255.00 because a nurse asked him how he was sleeping, and he answered. The office administrator told me it was the patient's fault for talking about any other topics outside the wellness and we signed a waiver. You know the waiver no one reads. So be aware you can't talk to your doctor.

How this place has any stars is beyond me. They told me one price over the phone and then charged me $100 more than the price they quoted me. Do yourself a favor, get a job with insurance so you’ll never have to deal with these bloodsucking a*******. Do not go here, they lie and overcharge treating you like a dollar sign not like a patient. They do NOT care about you.
