My husband and I are both patients of PH and we have both had issues where they made a mistake with the billing for a preventative visit that also had a charge for an office visit and they tried to get us to pay for the mistake almost a year later. Went in for DOT physical blood pressure was 161/92 the doctor failed me when i was looking on the guidelines she should have gave me a three month but all she said was I have to fail you to me thats not right maybe they need to look in to there doctors

I'd put a 0 if it was available. I asked questions about the fact that they sent me emails about different times I was scheduled for surgery

I don't know where to begin but here goes. Okay, so the sad part of all this is I really liked my doctor at Primary Health. I was new to Medicare, with one of the better supplement plans combined with Original Medicare. The doctor asked me to come in for a 30 day follow-up visit to see how I was doing on a new medication. Okay, so I did. I paid my bill--the check cleared--and then they texted my 11-year-old son that they still needed the payment. When I called them to ask them to stop texting him and to send the bill to me, they did, but I realized I had already paid it. Called again--nothing resolved. Still received a bill.
