I don't know where to begin but here goes. Okay, so the sad part of all this is I really liked my doctor at Primary Health. I was new to Medicare, with one of the better supplement plans combined with Original Medicare. The doctor asked me to come in for a 30 day follow-up visit to see how I was doing on a new medication. Okay, so I did. I paid my bill--the check cleared--and then they texted my 11-year-old son that they still needed the payment. When I called them to ask them to stop texting him and to send the bill to me, they did, but I realized I had already paid it. Called again--nothing resolved. Still received a bill. Finally, a rep gave me an email to send the cancelled check to, and I never heard anything. I received another bill and a threat of collections. Due to an error on their part, a paper check from our bank (online bill pay) went to an old address and then they lost it, they then sent my spouse to collection. On the 3rd call to the billing dept. they finally admitted that they made the mistake. It was also on the this 3rd call that they also admitted they had contacted Bonneville collection on our behalf to take the account 'out of collections' but forgot 1 part of the 4 part bill. Why bother calling and setting up a payment plan, not once, not twice-but THREE times, and staff blaming it on a computer error and then "the computer" canceling your automatic payments, then having Bonneville collections harassing you over a $100 bill!? Not a single letter until a notification you have been sent to collections from a bill you repeatedly called and set payments for. I made an appointment to only to wait 30 minutes later. I came in with an infection of some sort and was treated with no exam. To find out that the meds given did not help and I worsen within 5 days. I has to self diagnosis.....shame on them to treat you like your a bother.
