Dr. Amber Vania cancelled my appointment TWICE less than 24 hours before each appointment. Each day I had arranged with work to have the day off for these appointments. I am so incredibly disgusted they are allowed to treat patients this way...do not go to this primary health!!

My children have been visiting this location for years as a primary care physician. My son has a nut allergy and needs new epi pens yearly since they expire. I called to get a new prescription, but the doctor said she needed an appointment. This is July. While making an appt, they said they couldn't get him in until October. This is absolutely appalling and unexceptable. This is an emergency medication required to be onhand at all times. This is not a one time occurrence. Needless to say, I am switching PCP immediately!
Have been going there since I moved to Boise. The Family and Urgent care in one is a great system. Staff at every level are polite friendly and professional.
