Primary health is just getting bad regardless of location, the more offices they build the slower they get! At this point I'm pretty sure they are just spreading doctors out rather than hiring more! My husband had to do a drug test for work, we went to Broadway and they said they had an hour wait, but the computer showed this location wasn't busy and had a short wait, WRONG, it would have been quicker to stay there! we waited an hour and a half just to do a simple urine test that took 5 minutes! Dr. Vonya and staff are great!
Super disappointed I wasted an hour here, came in for a check up had one person ahead of me who the doctor spent all of 5 mins talking to. Then i continued to wait until I just left since the doctor couldn’t bother to pop in even 20mins after he left the other persons room.
