Doctor and staff were extremely professional and friendly; my questions were all answered regarding my visit. I would recommend this practice to someone else.
Dr. Choi listens!! I’ve been coming to this practice since 2017 and I really have nothing bad to say. My original Dr. retired and so I decided to start seeing Dr. Choi and she’s been great! I love she takes time with each patient and truly listens. Finding Dr’s like that is so hard to find. I really appreciate her and her kindness so much. I learned she’ll be moving about 15-20 mins away from me but I’ll still follow wherever she goes.
I've seen Dr. Choi for a few years now; I feel like she's a great primary care provider who listens to my needs and actually cares about my well-being.
I cannot recommend this practice. I have gone there for years but after HCA purchased the practice it is no longer possible be seen for a sick visit. I have asked for sick visits twice in two years and both times have been told the doctor does not have any availability and to go to an ER (they were non-emergent issues). That pushed me into a number of teleMD and urgent care visits, all with different providers starting from scratch and with different opinions on my symptoms. I am moving my care to another practice.
Dr Choi is the find of a lifetime! The absolute best doctor I have ever had!! She listens, explains things well and I never feel rushed. I can be kind of a difficult patient with a myriad of complex issues including a rare brain disease which she has experience with!! My 5 stars are for her only, though.
