I had my first visit and it was at the Troy office. This place is beautiful and very clean. Every worker I encountered was extremely nice. I went in for a check up and they were thorough and explained things which made the experience that much more enjoyable.
Recently, I had an irritation in the left eye. After letting it go a few days, I developed a rash on the left side of my eye, nose and scalp. I was immediately seen by Dr. Grilliot who diagnosed me with Shingles. She went out of her way to take care of me; even went so far, as to drop off eye drops to my home! The best doctor the world is here. Dr. Beigal. He is fantastic with kids. Takes his time and knows what he is doing. I have went to him for years!! Now my kid does. So wonderful there!!
No problem with Dr. Simon. Connie is very rude and $10 meant more than two patients! Very sad that people lack compassion.
