Dr. Suydam specializes in low vision issues and has always spent all the time needed to fine tune and optimize my prescription (including prisms). New to the area and was searching for a good eye care facility. Lots of local in network providers not rated so well and I was getting discouraged. Dr. Suydam was on the list of providers and reviews look great! So far, so good...the lady answering the phone was refreshingly very pleasant and helpful! I've booked for October 31st and will update once I've met them in person.
Over the course of 9 years, primary eye care has always been a friendly atmosphere for me. They succeed in meeting my needs and ensuring a pleasant experience. No request is ever too much trouble for them.
