Called the Uptown location as a new patient. I could barely understand the lady, and they’re not taking new patients, so she told me to call the Mid-City location. The Mid-City location put me on an endless hold. YIKES. Moving on.
Great customer service everytime I come get my eyes examined! This is my go to place for ALL my vision needs!
They never answer phone calls even when called during office hours. The phone number called is for the uptown location from their website. Edit: This location is not open all the time. I went to their other location and would recommend it.
