I love my new transitions!!
My husband has been waiting a full month to receive his glasses due to his frames being on back order yet was told nothing about it until he had to call the office to ask why it’s taking his glasses so long to come in. And still, no glasses. With glasses taking on average 1-2 weeks to be made, you would except an office to inform you if the wait time is going to be double (or more) the average time. Went in May for my after-cataract surgery exam. Went out to the optician to pick frames with dilated eyes. Never thought about it nor did they suggest that I come back when I could "see." First set of lenses came back wrong, (plus got talked into something I didn't really want), as did the 2nd, 3rd and 4th set, which I am now "stuck" with. I was even given another exam between the 3rd and 4th set.
