Dr. McPhillips has taken care of my eyes for a couple of decades! He is not only outstanding in his care and very thorough, but he is kind and considerate as well. When I experienced health issues, Dr. McPhillips was very diligent and attentive, making sure my vision was not affected. The staff of Primary Eye Care Associates is very friendly, capable and efficient. I highly recommend this practice.
