I'd have to say that Dr. Tom Miller at Primary Eye Care in Kennett has to be the best eye doctor I have EVER been too. They are personable, caring and Dr. Miller got me through my Quasimodo/infection issue with my eye and did a FULL exam today. He is a TOP NOTCH O.D.! Highly recommend!!!!!
