Fast forward 35 years later and I must recommend Dr. Jarrett Johnson and her esteemed staff for the best eye doctor appointment I’ve ever had. I have a high prescription and I am always a bit nervous with eye exams. I never feel rushed by anyone in this office, and the exam is comprehensive and thorough. Dr. Johnson showed me computer images of my inner eyes today which was pretty cool. I also especially appreciate the good job the technician who puts the lenses into the frame does. Dr. Johnson and the her staff are phenomenal! From the moment I walk in to the moment I am done, and even the moments in between, the experience is really nice. I’ve been a patient for almost 10 years and the care is always wholesome. I work with computers and Dr. Johnson is always making strong recommendations to ensure the longevity of my eye sight. I've had some pretty unprofessional experiences here, with wildly inaccurate info given over the phone, to which employees, management and owners keep repeating "who did you speak with?" The owner offered to review tapes to find out what inaccurate info had been given over the phone (and presumably to find out who gave me the inaccurate info); the owner after reviewing the phone call admitted the info was wrong, but months later I found myself in the same situation, with not only bad info, but being assured that the bad info... read more
