Dr. Johnson and the her staff are phenomenal! From the moment I walk in to the moment I am done, and even the moments in between, the experience is really nice. I’ve been a patient for almost 10 years and the care is always wholesome. I work with computers and Dr. Johnson is always making strong recommendations to ensure the longevity of my eye sight. If you are looking for an Optometrist, then I highly recommend Primary Eye Care. Again, this place is phenomenal!
If I could rate Primary Eye Care (Broad Street location) zero stars, I would. I scheduled my appointment during my lunch hour--I was there for 1.5 hours for a simple eye exam. Upon arrival I inquired about my out-of-pocket expense. No one could answer my questions but stated I would talk with their financial rep prior to the start of the exam. That didn't happen either. This location is cute and clean. They were quick, efficient, helpful and they sanitized every equipment before use. They also have a decent selection of frames. I would recommend this place.
I wish they would provide information more promptly on the phone, if you ask them something about insurance they won’t get back to you. However, the care is professional and the staff is majority women so I feel very comfortable going there. Due to work commitments I wasn’t able to come to this location for my routine exam and I am absolutely pissed. I went to Walmart and I did not like it at all.
10FEB2025 update: 1. Obviously you are still passing the buck to me. I called back to order my contacts on 21DEC2023 and you left the voicemail saying it was successfully ordered. I only took about one month to test my trial which is very reasonable. You cheated me on my order. 2. By the way, I requested daily contacts, but my contacts trials are monthly. 3. As you said, I spoke to many staff, yes, but nobody took responsibility on my case, everyone said my case was others' responsibility. It was really tough to communicate ... read more
