Gentleman named Jim came by and took care of a basic request on my electrical panel. He knocked out the request in 30 minutes and was pretty knowledgeable. One thing I wasn't happy about was the $300 charge. He was over at my house for literally 30 minutes and charged me $300! That comes out to $600 an hour.. That is deliberately ripping someone off. I had an emergency problem at night and after calling 10 so-called 24/7 electrical companies only Primary Electric called me back. A gentleman by the name of James (Jim) Pinner, called at night verbally assessed the situation and set a time to meet. When I meet Jim he was extremely professional. He took the time to completely explain the problems then he jumped on the project extremely fast and efficient, not to mention he had 98% of the tools on his truck.
