I love our audiologist, she is the best. She's the reason I'm not leaving less stars. I'm appalled that the clinic has a policy (according to the woman I spoke to) that they will not let you schedule an appt until the devices arrive and our provider is currently scheduling out until Oct. I have no idea when devices will arrive, but I currently have no confidence that my children will be able to get new hearing aids. Preauthorization does expire and I'm at the mercy of that time frame. This is a horrible patient experience. B... read more
