Customer service is awful. Quality Therapist are hit and miss.
Very disappointed. It was our first appt with rehab center, feeding therapy. First two Laura and Emma for ot and pt, I would give them 5 stars hands down. We were 10 min late, quiet lobby, Weston came out smiling and didn't acknowledge us, talked to reception to reschedule for tomorrow. I'm sure like many kids, he is hard to handle and has a long list of threatening conditions but being on time can be close to impossible some days and was so confused why we couldn't just try for a good 30 min if anything.
