Customer service is awful. Quality Therapist are hit and miss.
Very disappointed. It was our first appt with rehab center, feeding therapy. First two Laura and Emma for ot and pt, I would give them 5 stars hands down. We were 10 min late, quiet lobby, Weston came out smiling and didn't acknowledge us, talked to reception to reschedule for tomorrow. I'm sure like many kids, he is hard to handle and has a long list of threatening conditions but being on time can be close to impossible some days and was so confused why we couldn't just try for a good 30 min if anything. Great receptionist
First, they have fraudulent billing practices. They promise if you pay upfront, they will give you a discount and then not billing insurance or require any more payment. But that is a lie, as we experienced at least 2 additional insurance billings and personal charges. Then they try to claim that you paid before the service occurred. I'm not sure yet. Had our assessment and I felt misunderstood and not a lot of desire to understand... as if she's heard all this same stuff before.. but we'll have our little guys first OT session on the 6th... that will probably reveal a little more. So I will follow up. Update ~~ This has been over a year ago now, but after only two or three sessions, I could already see a difference in my son's behavior and how he experienced things...
