Haven’t had the best experience. They wanted a hearing aide on my baby by 6 months. She’s 10 months and I just got a call saying her hearing aide is ready but they can’t get me in for 1+ months to give it to her. She will be 11 months when she gets it. I’ve had to call constantly to move this process along. So frustrating and I don’t feel my baby has been a priority. Luckily her ENT has been helpful through this process.
