I had a really positive experience here with neurology. I came in very stressed because my insurance had told me the doctor was out of network, but I couldn’t make an appointment with a different doctor without waiting months to be seen. Everyone I saw was very, very kind and understanding and reassured me of my options. The medical assistant even called my insurance while we were in the appointment with the doctor and found a way to get the appointment covered. No, it's not, it's because some administrator cares more about liability than keeping families together during traumatic events. If they cared about their customers/patients, they would find a way to never separate us except during the actual procedure.
